Nice to be back in front of a computer again. I published my first book Easy Street, in 2012. I quickly followed it up with Hell With a Gun in 2014. Then...I didn't pick up the proverbial pen for many years. The world kept spinning, so in the grand scheme of things it was no great loss. But I really missed writing, so about the time COVID wrapped its determined fingers around us I started finding the time. And I found a story I wanted to tell. Titled The Long Game, it's...well, it's a novel. Some would call it literary fiction, although given my educational background I might call it illiterate fiction. Whatever. After an exhaustive agent hunt, exhaustion won out and I decided to self-publish it, mostly so I would stop changing 'happy' to 'glad' and get on with writing my next novel. Plus, I threw together a short story or two just to keep me off the streets.

Hoping to get reacquainted with the writing world. While we all want to sell 100,000 copies of each and every thing we write, for me happiness is writing. So, I'm gonna write, dammit, and see where the chips fall!
