…Best time EVER at the blood shack! 4:11 — four seconds faster! May be my 14th gallon, too. The tech says she’s pretty sure, if I train and try and hydrate right, I can get into the high 3’s. Excited to try. But, gotta wait eight weeks. Want to go back again already…

Love this! I lived in western Colorado for a few years and was only able to donate sporadically. I'm glad the Blood Bank of Alaska recently opened an office in our town. #everyeightweeks
