2024 draws to a close.
I've read some wonderful books this year, the highlights being Black Summer by M.W. Craven for fiction and The Escape Artist by Jonathon Freedland for non-fiction.
Writing-wise 2024 was a great year, I published my second Inspector Graves novel The Riddle of the Ravens and have received some wonderful reviews from readers and fellow authors alike.
Looking forward to 2025 I will probably publish one novel but have three outlined to varying extents. As much as I love writing Graves I feel I have to prioritise my Penny Haylestone series for the next two books I publish as these are set in modern day and the third Haylestone novel will feature her mother who is over 100 years old and a Second World War veteran so I need to write that book while it's still feasible she could be alive and quite active!
