I’m rarely on Facebook, Insta or TikTok anymore. The way they’re designed is so distracting that half the time, I forget why I even logged on (sound familiar?). But I love interacting with readers in a calmer, quieter space, so my newsletter is a great way to keep in touch — and now I have a Substack, too! It’s free to sign up.
