I'm Donn Phillips, and I'm new to Goodreads! Recently, I've published three books, "Exhale Love, Books 1-3."

Jake, Audrey, and the whole cast of characters from "Exhale Love" really just came to me one morning. It started out as a few notes and scribbles, and morphed into what it is today.

Throughout the process, I couldn't stop writing, my brain was locked into the love. For months, I wrote constantly. There were many days that I put the kids to bed and woke them up the next morning, never stopping. Finally, I found something to do in car line!

What came out of that was magic. Jake and Audrey are part of the family now and feel alive, too. It's been fun hearing that readers connected with them as well.
