Ingredients:2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats1 cup crispy rice cereal½ cup dried cranberries½ cup unsalted sunflower seeds½ cup honey½ cup creamy peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter for nut-free option)1 teaspoon vanilla extract¼ teaspoon saltInstructions:Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over the sides to help lift the bars out later.Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, crispy rice cereal, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.Heat Wet Ingredients: In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the honey and peanut butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
