I did a 75 day book and fitness challenge: here's what I learned

On May 17th, I was on TikTok when I came across this creator who was putting out a fitness and reading challenge. The goals of the challenge were simple.

Read 30-50 pages of a book a day

Drink 90-120 oz of water every day

30-45 minute workout a day

10k steps every day

Read one self-help book within the 75 days

Optional book buying ban
