Hello everyone! I’m so excited to have a new book out in the world. Cowboy’s Last Stand is the first in my His to Protect series. This series is a little different from my other books. It’s Western contemporary romance with light suspense. Book 2 is called Sheriff’s Honor, and features a prominent character from book 1. More details about book 2 and 3 are coming soon!

This series is more romance-focused than my other books and softer on the suspense. It’s more “hearth and home” than high-adrenaline. All three stories are set in Texas, with stoic heroes, spunky heroines and a down-to-earth vibe. If you’ve read my other work, I think you will recognize the style. I write flawed, working-class characters with real-life struggles. Their happy endings are hard-won.

I hope you enjoy Cowboy’s Last Stand. Please buy a copy on release day and help me spread the word. I don’t have a publicist, a street team, or an advertising budget. It’s just you and me, and I’m up against a sea of other books. I don’t use AI or take any shortcuts. I don’t have friends in high places.
