With a quick motion, Richard triggered the locking mechanism and sealed the door leading into the stasis chamber. “Computer, do any maintenance corridors open into here?”

“Negative, Captain. They parallel for work, but that is all.”

Shit! Just as I thought. “That explains the double alert Robert received.”

“Captain?”

“Never mind.” His mind raced. He had to act fast. “Computer, shut down Captain Harding’s security codes and access and deactivate all terminals outside of this room.”
