Many years ago, during my travels in Bali, I was invited to meet a Brahman priest.  When our group arrived at his home, we were told to wait until he was ready to receive us. His assistant explained that this priest spent several hours each morning praying for peace, cultivating peace for the world.

As I watched his solitary figure seated on a podium in the distance I felt great comfort knowing that there was someone out there putting this energy into the world every single day.
