Start your day with Beditation: 15-Minute Guided Meditation

Hello, Spiritual Warrior,

I have a question for you …

Have you ever BED-itated?

Today, let’s stay in bed for our morning meditation! You may have heard me share about RPM: Rise, Pee, Meditate. This little acronym is my reminder that meditation works best when it’s the first thing we do in the morning.
Because the truth is, the moment we start making coffee, checking emails, walking the dog, or diving into our routine … our best intentions to meditate can easily slip away.  By choosing stillness before the busyness begins, we set the tone for our whole day.
There’s a delicate veil between the world of sleep and the world of waking, and it’s thinnest in those first moments as we rise.
Our brainwaves are still slow and gentle, our body still surrendered.
This is the sweet spot – the perfect space to ease back into stillness and flow naturally into meditation.  So tomorrow morning, as you gently awaken from a deep, restful sleep, I invite you to flow right into this meditation to begin your day.  Make sure to set yourself up for success the night before – keep this YouTube video ready to go – so you can give yourself the gift of presence before the emails, texts, and social feeds come rushing in.  There’s no mantra to follow during this meditation. Just allow yourself to simply be. Staying in this restful space, in that divine light of the sacred space that follows sleep.  This is how we begin our day with grace and ease.  I’d love to hear about how Beditation works for you – email me at teamdavidji@davidji.com and let me know! Vibing high, davidji
