Welcome to the WymerNovels blog. Today, I will be discussing the new terminology glossaries that will be located in the back matter of my forthcoming second editions of Lightyears Trilogy, Treasures From Afar, Xeno Tryst, and Feathers of Shardaa.

Originally, I had a Terminology Index in the back matter of each of my books. Basically, it showed each unique word I had created for the story and which chapter it first appeared in. That did not explain what the meaning of the word was. So with my latest novel, Crystal Avarice, I began to use a glossary instead of an index. Now the meaning of each unique word that I created is defined. Some terms may contain slight spoilers, so keep that in mind.

Here is an example of a term in the Crystal Avarice Terminology Glossary:
Timber Wolf Railway (TWR) - (Chapter 8) It was a freight railway company with its yard office located in the town of Timber Wolf on the planet Ryamesh.

An interesting fact about the Timber Wolf Railway in the novel… It is a description of my HO scale train layout with the same name, which took me ten years to design and build.
