But it's also infuriating and depressing to see how AI has infiltrated everything. I don't use a lot of social media/sites, but on EACH and EVERY single one I do use - even if it's not frequently, I have been hit by AI in one form or another - fake videos on Facebook (the only thing worse is the animal abuse fake rescue videos) fake reviews on stuff I have published for free on a couple of sites, even attempts to scam me over my art by claiming they want to make NFTs out of it, you get the idea. If you use any form of social media and/or writing or art or otherwise site where you share things, you doubtless have been hit by AI.

It's absolutely insane. I would love there to be a button/option on each site that prevents interaction from AI. It wouldn't be foolproof because I've replied to OBVIOUS Ai messages with 'I don't need this AI scam' or something along these lines, and then these bots denying they're AI.

How fucked are we when AI is denying that it's AI? I understand that then people creating these AI bots are doubtlessly programming them as such, but it's still infuriating on a whole new level.

Be ever vigilant. I really can not overstate this.
