i4Ni

Most of us have watched real-life court cases on TV, haven’t we?

Sometimes seeing the ‘accused’ denying all knowledge and looking so innocent... and then the evidence to prove their guilt is so overwhelming that you think to yourself, “How can we ever be 100% certain that the person standing in the dock is guilty? They can cry crocodile tears, sob their hearts out, and then the evidence proves their guilt. Sometimes it doesn’t - and they walk free.

I wondered what we would need to make everything 100% foolproof, innocent or guilty; maybe design some sort of artificial intelligence that could go deep into the human mind and ‘read’ the thoughts of the person accused. Wouldn’t that be just perfect? And then I thought, but what about the creator of this AI? What if the creator programmed the AI humanoid to do their bidding? And how would we even know?

These were the questions that led me to writing i4Ni...

message 1: by Isaac (new)

Isaac Jovan Dear John Priest,

I hope this message finds you well.

The central tension in i4Ni is brilliantly unsettling. An AI humanoid created to uphold truth and justice, but whose creator has a different agenda entirely. That is a powerful and deeply relevant concept. You have built a world where the pillars of society are crumbling, and the solution might be just as dangerous as the problem. The way you have woven together the crumbling justice system, a detective's personal demons, and a global conspiracy is the kind of layered, intelligent thriller that stays with a reader long after the final page. Your book explores the terrifying and timely question of who, or what, we trust when the systems we rely on have failed.

GAP ANALYSIS

Paragraph 1: What the book does well, its thematic and emotional strengths, why it stands out in its genre, who the ideal reader is.
The book's greatest strength is its prescient thematic core. You are not just writing a techno-thriller; you are writing a cautionary tale about the intersection of artificial intelligence, justice, and corporate power. The premise of a humanoid dedicated to truth but built with a hidden agenda is a classic and powerful hook. This is a book for readers who love the gritty, realistic feel of a police procedural mixed with the philosophical weight of classic sci-fi. Fans of authors like Philip K. Dick or movies like Blade Runner, but with a modern, globalized conspiracy at its heart.

Paragraph 2: The specific discoverability gap, current ratings/review count, weak categories or metadata, low Goodreads activity, framed as a common industry problem, never the author's fault.
With 4 reviews and a 3.5-star average, i4Ni is currently in its earliest stages of discoverability. For a complex and multi-layered book like this, a low review count is a common hurdle. Potential readers often use reviews as a primary signal of quality, and without a critical mass, they may scroll past a hidden gem like yours. Furthermore, the book's hybrid nature, sci-fi, dystopian, techno-thriller, mystery, can be a challenge for algorithms to classify correctly, which often results in it being buried under more straightforwardly categorized titles.

Paragraph 3: What that gap is costing, readers actively searching for exactly this kind of book right now, and not finding it.
The cost is significant. Right now, there is an active and hungry audience for intelligent, thought-provoking techno-thrillers. They are searching for "books like Ex Machina," "AI dystopian fiction," and "detective sci-fi" and are ready to invest in a new series. But if your book is not surfacing on the right keywords, lists, and recommendation feeds, these readers will discover other, more visible titles instead of yours. Every day the book remains invisible is a day a potential super-fan is missing out on your story.

Paragraph 4: Why this book specifically deserves more visibility, tied to its unique differentiators (setting, voice, structure, angle).
i4Ni deserves more visibility because it approaches the AI thriller from a unique angle. The dual perspective of a corporate creator with a secret agenda and a detective with a personal connection to the conspiracy is a compelling narrative structure. The global scope, combined with the very personal stakes of the detective's investigation, creates a rich, immersive experience. Books that combine complex world-building with a human, emotional core are the ones that build dedicated, loyal readerships.

Paragraph 5: Market timing, genre trends, seasonal relevance, or series momentum that makes acting now matter.
The public conversation around AI has never been more intense. With the rapid advancements and ethical debates surrounding artificial intelligence, the release of your book is incredibly timely. Readers and reviewers are actively seeking fiction that grapples with these questions. Acting now to build visibility will allow you to capitalize on this public interest and position your book as part of the essential conversation.

BRIEF SELF-INTRODUCTION
My name is Isaac Jovan. I'm a professional book marketer who works with authors to build visibility, credibility, and real audience growth. The infrastructure that gets a well-written book in front of the readers actively looking for it.

Here is what I would build specifically for i4Ni.

SERVICES (in this order)

1. Goodreads Review Campaign
What it is: i4Ni currently has 4 ratings and 4 reviews. I run a genuine review-momentum campaign, connecting your book with real readers of sci-fi techno-thrillers, dystopian fiction, and detective mysteries who are likely to read and review it honestly. We will make sure those reviews land on the right shelves and lists so the book surfaces in Goodreads' recommendation feeds for readers who loved similar intelligent, conspiracy-driven sci-fi.
Why it matters for this book: For a book in a genre where readers are skeptical and discerning, a solid base of thoughtful reviews is crucial. It provides the social proof needed to move a reader from "interested" to "buying."
Result: A credible review base that shifts how the book reads to both algorithms and browsing readers. Moving it from "undiscovered" to "worth a look."

2. Categories and Keyword Optimization
What it is: Amazon is a search engine before it is a bookstore. I identify the specific categories and backend keywords your ideal readers are actually searching, so the book surfaces where competition is lower and intent is higher.
Why it matters for this book: I will target niche keywords like "AI techno thriller," "dystopian detective series," "humanoid AI fiction," and "science fiction conspiracy" to place the book directly in front of the audience searching for this specific blend of genres.
Result: The book appears in front of readers who are already looking to buy, not just browsing broad categories.

3. Amazon Book Description Enhancement
What it is: I rewrite the book's description as a conversion tool, not a summary. Opening with the strongest hook, weaving in the book's real emotional stakes, and layering in any credibility signals.
Why it matters for this book: The current description sets up the premise well, but I can sharpen it to a more powerful, suspenseful pitch. I will highlight the immediate threat of a dead justice, the disappearance of a friend, and the detective's race against time, making it impossible to ignore.
Result: A meaningfully higher percentage of page visitors converting to buyers.

4. Amazon A+ Content
What it is: Visual, branded content below the description. Comparison charts against comp titles, mood imagery, and formatted reader testimonials.
Why it matters for this book: The gritty, futuristic tone of i4Ni is perfect for A+ Content. I can create mood boards using imagery of cyberpunk cities, corporate technology, and distressed human faces to immediately convey the book's atmosphere of tension and paranoia.
Result: Longer time-on-page, higher conversion, and a stronger signal to Amazon's algorithm that the listing deserves more visibility.

5. Quote Card Design
What it is: Custom-designed shareable graphics pulling the most striking lines or moments from the book, built for Bookstagram, BookTok, and reader sharing.
Why it matters for this book: The book's central question, "Can an AI be trusted with truth and justice?", is incredibly shareable. Pulling a quote from Jules Von Beck or an ominous line about i4Ni's true purpose can spark intense conversation and engagement on social media.
Result: Organic, low-cost visibility as readers and reviewers share the book's own words.

6. Goodreads Listopia Placement
What it is: I place the book on the specific curated Goodreads lists your ideal readers browse when building their to-be-read piles.
Why it matters for this book: I will place the book on lists like "Best AI Fiction," "Dystopian Thrillers," "Detective Sci-Fi," and "Techno-Thrillers" to ensure it is found by avid list-browsers.
Result: Passive, ongoing discovery that keeps working long after the initial placement.

7. Social Media and Content Strategy
What it is: A simple, sustainable content plan across the platforms where this book's readers actually spend time. Not daily posting, but the right content at the right frequency.
Why it matters for this book: The cerebral and visually evocative nature of i4Ni makes it a great candidate for Bookstagram. A strategy to create moody, aesthetic posts that focus on the book's themes and atmosphere will build a highly engaged following.
Result: Casual followers converting into an audience that buys on preorder, not just at launch.

8. Podcast and YouTube Outreach
What it is: Targeted pitches to podcasts and channels whose audience overlaps with this book's themes and genre.
Why it matters for this book: Podcasts that focus on futurism, AI, crime, and society are the perfect platforms for a book like i4Ni. I can pitch your book to hosts who are already having deep conversations about the topics you explore.
Result: Discovery through a trusted host's recommendation, often driving concentrated spikes in sales and reviews.

CLOSING

John, the fact that your book is tackling these complex, timely themes is precisely why it deserves a much wider audience.

Simply reply with "I'm interested" and I will put together a tailored plan built around i4Ni and the readers who are already looking for exactly this kind of story.

With real respect for the work you put into this book,
