Hey Gang!I just wanted to make you aware that next Wednesday October 15th the Opry will be having a special Countown To Christmas show in connection with the Hallmark Christmas movie that will be airing in November and beyond.They have invited the artists who have cameo roles in the film to be on the Opry that night, and that includes yours truly. I don’t know my exact appearance time yet, but it will be somewhere in the first hour….7 to 8 p.m. Central time.I’m told there will be lots of Plaza Party activity plus several actors well known to the Hallmark Christmas movie fans on hand along with the rest of us. I’ve never sung a Christmas song on stage in October before, but watch out. We might just try to spread a little holiday cheer early this year. It should be a fun night, and I hope you’ll be tuned in at www.opry.com or on AM650-WSM.
