I’m Marc Reynolds — a Software Engineer by day, author by night, and full-time explorer of the space between logic and imagination. This is my first post here, so I wanted to drop in, say hello, and share a bit about what I’m up to.
I write the L.A. Manns Series — books about thinking smarter, working better, and staying sane in the age of AI. Titles like The Lost Keys to Thinking Like a Problem-Solver and How to Work Smarter, Not Harder mix practical tools with humour and a few “I’ve been there” moments from real life. They’re for anyone trying to reboot their career (or just their motivation).
When I’m not writing or wrangling test scripts, I hang out over at Crafty Fox Publishing — my little corner of Facebook where writers, readers, and creative chaos meet. It started as a place to help indie authors get their books out into the world and somehow turned into a friendly hub of ideas, advice, and caffeine-fuelled enthusiasm.
Outside of work and writing, I’m currently obsessed with the Bobiverse series by Dennis E. Taylor. If you enjoy smart, funny sci-fi with a touch of philosophical chaos — give it a go. It’s like watching your favourite engineer accidentally become humanity’s best hope… and kind of loving it.
