Amazon stopped carrying my books?

Hey, reader family.

I just found out today that Amazon stopped carrying my paperbacks and hardcovers.

As far as I can tell, you can still get my ebooks there, but that’s about it.

(And I can’t get a clear answer from them of what’s going on.)

So! This means I’m going to have to list my books on my website for you to order direct from me, doesn’t it?

(Bonus: At least that means your shiny new books will come signed! And maybe with some extra goodies?)

I’ve got some choices to make, but I will do my very best to keep it the same price (or cheaper) than Amazon, including shipping.

Ooh! Another silver lining—I’ll make more than a few pennies if you order from me instead of other retailers.

(Not that I have anything against other retailers. They just have to, you know, actually carry my books?)

I’m not sure what the glitch is, but Amazon is blaming Ingram, and Ingram is blaming Amazon, and no one wants to take responsibility, so I guess I’ll take it out of both of their hands and send my books directly to you!

I’ve already got some things in place to make this happen, but stay tuned for more updates.

What I can do right now:

Ebooks will come from Bookfunnel.I can mail (signed) paperbacks and hardcovers from my personal stock for now.

What will be coming soon:

Working on audiobooks, will also come from Bookfunnel.Been working on setting up direct links to BookVault for paperbacks and hardcovers.

In fact, part of the reason I didn’t even notice there was a problem is because one, I’m in a writing haze from trying to complete Mummy Resurrection, and two, I’d been working on converting my books to audiobooks for those of you who requested them.

As always, I use human narrators, editors, and cover artists (with human-created art only), and write every word in my books myself.

And that won’t change just because I’m trying to get these audiobooks to you fast!

But now it looks like I need to pivot to make sure you can get the books I already have out.

If you want to be notified of my new releases, please sign up for my newsletter! I don’t send emails often, but this is the only way for you to know (for sure) when a new book of mine is coming out.

Plus, I’ll let you know when new books are coming, when ARCs are available, and what lovely new art comes with my preorders.

Happy reading!

And please pray I can figure out what’s going on soon!

In Him,

Michele
