Where was this information when I was younger? It sure could have saved me a lot of time, money, and trouble. This text is very enlightening and essential reading for anyone who wants to understand limerence and the impact that infatuation can have on our lives. The more we know, the better equipped we are to navigate turbulent emotions and to seek out and/or cultivate healthier relationships. I remember being young and occasionally allowing my heart to sing much louder than my logic. There is much wisdom imparted in this book that can keep you focused on your future and only nurture lasting relationships that will add depth and align with your long-term goals.
