I started this blog in 2009, and it took on a life I could never have anticipated. It led me to explore many artists and art forms, and as it grew, it led to many professional opportunities - including the full-time job I have now.

Some of the posts have been cited in master's and doctoral theses, academic and other publications, which led me to believe that the work involved was worthwhile. 

Because of that full-time job - which involved writing and editing pieces about arts and culture (with a specialization in Western art music) in the Toronto area and beyond, so I'm still exploring - I don't have nearly as much free time.

For that reason, I won't be posting new material here, but I'll keep it online since it's still getting traffic, and apparently readers are still interested.
