The Ephesians Code
As my first blog on Goodreads, I wanted to take the opportunity to announce my new book, The Ephesians Code.
When I first started this project, my goal was simple—help marketplace leaders navigate the tough, complicated, and often messy challenges that come with leading people. But as the writing unfolded, I realized something bigger was happening. The ideas in this book aren’t just for the office. They show up in our homes, in our friendships, and even in our faith communities—really, anywhere people are trying to understand one another and grow.
After more than 40 years working alongside leaders in all kinds of industries, and many years digging deep into Scripture, I wanted to take these ancient principles and translate them into everyday, approachable language—nothing churchy, nothing complicated—just practical wisdom that anyone can use.
I’m grateful you’re here, and I can’t wait to share more with you.
