Harmony and diversity

We all are different.. we all have a different taste.. a different choice and a different opinion.. we like different things and we have different personalities.. even those who love to read books, read from a different taste, some read thriller, some read love stories, some read crime and some are interested in reading non-fiction.. and some do not read at all..

Some prefer to read small articles, some prefer a visual video to learn something new.. this diversity makes life interesting, makes it exciting, a different story, a different place, a different feel of a place, book or person..

Sometimes this diversity makes it difficult to get along with our partner, our siblings and even our good friends..

But what if there's a way to understand each other in a way that brings in compassion, understanding and acceptance..

A way to communicate, change and adjustment.. a way to be in harmony with each other and situations we are in?

There are 100's of popular parenting Books
So why did I write another one?
I did not want any fame..
There were already enough books on the shelves

So why this?

I read many books,
Some on toddler years, some on teenage, some about raising girls, some about raising boys..
Some talked about tricks, some talked about emotions, some talked about co-regulation, some talked about hormones and changes in the brain..

But nobody brought this together, nobody shared in those parenting books, how to look after yourself, how to self-regulate yourself in detail.

Very few, if any, spoke deeply about you—the parent.
About how to care for yourself.
About the importance of self-regulation, not just as a concept, but as a practice.

Because without patience, how can we co-regulate?
And without tolerance, where does that patience come from?
And unless we heal ourselves, every day feels like a struggle.

I was on the path of spirituality, before I was on the path of understanding parenting.
I was practicing mindfulness long before I began to understand my own triggers.

Many of those books on teenagers helped me see the causes behind the challenges, but they often stopped there.
They didn’t offer a real path to the solution.

But I felt the solution rising inside me—growing stronger with every insight, every experience.
It had to be shared.
I became the flute, and the Universe played through me, to bring it together, what i learnt from 100's of books..
Because what we read, we become.
What we see, watch or believe, we become!

And this book is here to help shape a gentler, more conscious way to parent—starting from within.

Every book carries an energy, the energy of its author, infused with their knowledge, wisdom, experiences, intention, and hope.
Which book are you reading these days?
