So, at about 21:00 ish hours on the 30th November I completed 50,012 words which are the first 50k of Grey Feather / Blue Pearl.

It was hard as I was often behind due to one thing or another, so finishing was a fist pump moment.

As I usually do at this point, I’ll close my laptop until after the new year and give myself a break from writing, and swap to the iMac to finish admin and then complete the tax returns!

Not much of a treat!
