I just wanted to make readers aware that in January 2026, I made major adjustments to The Drop's formatting and grammar.

I've tried to do this to the best of my ability, and I hope this now provides a better experience for readers, as I appreciate it was lacking and apologise to anyone who struggled to finish it because of this.
I would love to bring in an editor as many reviewers have suggested, but I do not currently have the budget or the time for this, as I work a full-time job that comes first. I'm currently writing in my spare time and giving it as much attention as I can.
