Notes from My Higher Self
Dear Reader:
I regularly receive guidance from my higher self during my daily meditation practice. Most of these communications are specific to my personal circumstances at the time they arise. When they occur, I write them down in a notebook and then return to meditation.
In reviewing my notes from 2012 through 2025, I realized that many of these teachings extend beyond my own experience and may be meaningful to others as well. I have therefore selected those insights that I feel could be most broadly helpful and share them here for your reflection. I hope you find them supportive and illuminating on your own spiritual path.

Mastering Reality: Transforming Negative Thoughts into Positive Creations
It is critical to quickly switch from a negative thought to a positive visualization of that same issue. This allows you to transcend fear by choosing an alternative reality that you would rather have. In so doing, your vibration is restored to a much higher level. Proactively choosing your thoughts moment to moment (or choosing to have very little thought … also very good) is they key to consciously creating your desired reality. As always, getting to and staying in a state of gratitude and love is the ultimate destination.
Breaking the Loop: Harnessing Thought and Intention to Create Your Desired Reality
The human ego-personality is a limited and ever-changing form, often appearing static due to habitual thought patterns that recreate the same reality repeatedly. To break free from this repetitive loop, one must consciously disrupt these patterns—think, feel, and act differently. Regularly stimulate the mind in new and creative directions, as thought shapes everything.
Consciously and intentionally choose your desired reality. Visualize it vividly and feel it deeply throughout the day. Incorporate meditation or reality-creation breaks into your routine, aligning your mind with your intentions. Additionally, surround yourself with high-vibration influences—harmony, creativity, love, and happiness—through everything you consume with your senses. This will amplify your ability to shift into the reality you truly desire.
Reimagining Identity: Embracing Life as a Canvas for Continuous Creation
Our perspective on who we are comes from the intersection of thoughts, emotions, and our historical experiences. They paint an incomplete and inaccurate picture of our true selves. Keep major life history as small markers on your path rather than major swaths of paint. This keeps the canvas fresh for new creations in the moment.
Radical Integrated Honesty
Our interactions with others provide valuable opportunities to deepen our self-awareness and understanding. These exchanges help us discern what aligns with an enlightened way of being and what does not. When we approach relationships with Radical Integrated Honesty—ensuring that our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions are in alignment—we create the foundation for genuine, authentic, and meaningful connections.
The Soul’s Training Ground: Navigating Life as a Virtual Reality Simulator
Physical life is like a virtual reality training simulator for the Soul. Play the game, embrace its lessons, but never forget who you truly are—the Soul—and that this is ultimately a simulation. Your Higher Self acts as your guide, programming your lessons in the ideal sequence and serving as your 24/7 coach. Establishing a strong connection with your Higher Self is essential to navigating the game with greater ease, joy, and purpose, even as you face difficult challenges.
Self-reflection is a critical tool that determines how quickly you progress through the game’s lessons. The evolutionary goal of this simulator is to create ever-higher levels of beauty and harmony, both individually and collectively. In a thriving civilization, you would be guided, encouraged, and empowered to live a life rooted in love, joy, and beauty. Such a life would allow you to develop and share your unique skills and abilities daily, serving others and contributing to the greater good.
Your Higher Self is Always Trying to Reach You
Become much more sensitive to the small voice inside you and its impulses for direction moment to moment. It is your Personal GPS and its guidance is priceless… Making this communication connection loud, clear, and consistent, is the most valuable thing any person can achieve. It allows them to become Soul-Driven and reclaim their Spiritual Super Powers.
Illuminating the World: How Inner Light Transforms Darkness for the Highest Good
The brighter your Inner Light the more powerfully you transform the world. The dark forces will react in two ways to your higher frequency – either use it constructively to become more coherent, or fight against it, accelerate their entropy, and self destruct. Either way, it is for the highest good.
Non-Reactivity: A Path to Freedom from Past and Future Worries
Non-reactivity is crucial for breaking free from the painful memories of the past that trigger us, as well as from worries or concerns about a future that has yet to occur. It involves living fully in the present moment and experiencing things as they are, rather than through the lens of our emotional reactions.
Our emotions and memories reside in the subconscious mind, which drives 95% of our daily actions and reactions, making us, in essence, creatures of habit. Mindfulness disrupts these patterns, allowing us to break free from automatic responses and fully embrace the present moment.
The Light and the Dark: A Cosmic Dance of Polarity
The forces of Light and Dark engage in a timeless game, each striving to attract more of their chosen polarity into their sphere of influence. Like attracts like—both work to draw individuals and energies that resonate with their essence into their local environment.
The Divine Creative
A Divine Creative is a conduit for divine thought, channeling it into human expression to uplift and elevate human consciousness.
What Does the Divine in Human or Material Form Look Like?
A profound embodiment of virtues such as kindness, generosity, honesty, compassion, courage, forgiveness, perseverance, and patience.An unwavering desire to serve and uplift others.A creative drive to manifest beauty and bring the divine into physical form.A deep love for learning, true knowledge, and wisdom.A strong connection to one’s higher self and the Creator, guiding every aspect of daily life.A commitment to cultivating peace, harmony, and love within oneself and toward others.The pursuit of joy and happiness, not just for oneself but for all.A recognition of the unity in all things, seeing the Creator in everyone and everything.What Inhibits Its Realization?
Disconnection from one’s higher self and the divine source.Challenging life circumstances that reinforce feelings of separation.Overreliance on technology, which can obstruct spiritual seeking and connection.Ignorance of the true nature of reality.Negative mental conditioning from lower-consciousness influences and societal norms.Becoming entangled in materialism, unable to perceive beyond the physical world.Forgetting that we are divine beings in human form, capable of consciously creating our reality.What Accelerates Its Manifestation?
Spiritual awakening, both individually and collectively.Diminishing the ego and expanding the soul’s awareness.

Love and Alignment with Divine Will are the Ultimate forms of Spiritual Strength and Protection. When you Know…You don’t Fear … and then you Control the Powers of Creation
Knowledge Protects, Ignorance Kills
The Dark side’s methods are all centered on keeping true knowledge away from the civilization. The Light En-Lightens – it reveals what the Dark wants kept hidden.
Mastering Creation: Dissolving Separation and Expanding Light
Mastering the art of manipulating and creating matter begins by dissolving the illusion of separation between yourself and the material form. By becoming one with it, you can channel love and light into the form to create or transform it. The more one allows the pure, boundless love of Intelligent Infinity to flow through them, the greater their capacity to manifest beautiful, love-infused creations.
The Path to Wholeness: Unity Through Balance and Harmony
In the dance of polarities, the ultimate goal is to attain unity and wholeness. A true master is one who finds balance, harmony, and completeness even amidst the extremes of polarity, disharmony, and disunity.
From Chaos to Creation: Turning Attention from Karmic Struggles to Divine Inspiration
Focusing one’s attention on Karmic Struggles (the bulk of modern entertainment and media) weakens and drains the Spirit, but participating in Divine Creativity strengthens and inspires.
Aligning with the Highest Good for All: Manifesting with Divine Support
When you maintain an intention of the highest good for all, and align your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions with that intention, then powerful Divine forces come to your aid to manifest that intention into your physical reality at all times.
Streamlining Thought: Enhancing the Connection to Your Higher Self
The Higher Self, is directly connected to Source and possesses perfect knowledge. It is neither reliant on nor aided by stray thoughts—in fact, such thoughts hinder and suppress its influence. Thoughts are valuable when they serve a purpose: understanding, meaningful communication, or consciously creating the reality you wish to experience. All other thoughts merely drain the energy of the mind-body-spirit complex.
When We become Soul-Driven, We Achieve the Following:
Mastery of Thought: We learn to quiet the ego’s chatter and release any unwanted or stray thoughtforms. We fully understand the power of our thoughts to create and shape reality.Harmony with the Personality: We (the ego Personality) allow the Soul to work through our mind, emotions, and physical body and to use these three centers as a unified “vehicle” to operate at a divine level within the material world.Divine Alignment: The Soul remains centered in the crown chakra, grounded in the power of divine connection. It does not allow the ego to divert its focus or energy toward material distractions that can disrupt balance or deplete its power source.Conscious Creation: The Soul observes without judgment or drama. From this state of clarity, it consciously channels the power of thought, infused with emotional and physical intent, to create or transform reality in alignment with its divine will.
Following the Divine Impulse: A Path to Collective Beauty
The Divine Will flows through everyone and dynamically alters its direction based on what each person in the collective consciousness is being / doing / vibrating. Thus in every moment, a person is receiving a divine impulse which if they followed, would lead to a more beautiful collective creation.
Shaping Reality: How Intentional Actions Transform Time
Just by taking some concrete seps toward a future intention changes the timeline in favor of that direction. It starts noticeably affecting the present, past, and future almost immediately.
Embracing Bliss: Aligning with Your Authentic Soul and Healing Through Harmony
Merging with bliss means quieting the mind and allowing the love and light of the universe to flow through you. Ego-driven thoughts disrupt the vibration of your authentic soul self, while staying in a state of neutral awareness, love, gratitude, and appreciation enables your soul’s light to shine fully. True energy healing occurs when you enter and maintain a state of deep peace, harmony, and unity.

From Conflict to Unity: The Evolutionary Path of a Young Civilization
In third density, the combination of extreme polarity and the veiling of the soul naturally gives rise to ego-driven conflict among beings. This dynamic initiates a gradual evolutionary process, teaching that conflict comes at a cost and that more mutually beneficial ways of coexisting must be sought. Over time, wars evolve into organized sports, capitalism, and structured religions—forms of conflict that are more controlled and less overtly destructive.
However, these paradigms do not eliminate conflict entirely. They merely shift its expression, often perpetuating an “us versus them” mindset. Though the destruction may be less visible, the impact remains significant and harmful. The next step in evolution is to recognize that true progress lies in fostering harmony and mutual cooperation for the greater good. This requires a profound realization: there is no “other.” What we perceive as separate is, in truth, another aspect of ourselves—a reflection of the same Creator in material form.This understanding—that we are all One—marks the turning point for a young planetary civilization. It is the key to survival, maturity, and eventual graduation to higher densities of existence.
The Transformative Power of Spirit: A Love That Heals and Unites
When you are filled with Spirit, love flows effortlessly toward everyone and everything. Its grace heals all, bringing a profound sense of wholeness. It is the most uplifting feeling in the world—one that grants new eyes, a fresh perspective, and an elevated understanding. It bathes the heart and mind in love, dissolving all thoughts of separation.
The Quantum Effect: How Choice Shapes Your Reality
Your choices—and what you choose to avoid—are equally important. The Quantum Universe responds to what you choose, but if you neglect to reject what you don’t want, another entity, physical or non-physical, may introduce it to you without violating your free will. True free will involves both selecting what you desire and consciously dismissing what you don’t.
Empowering Others Through Love: The Art of Polarity Shifting
When interacting with someone, envision them as their most loving and highest self—this is polarity shifting in action. By doing so, you help them reconnect with the divine within. Responding with anger or dissatisfaction rarely inspires positive change, but projecting love and light dissolves darkness, allowing their inner goodness to emerge naturally. While practical steps and safeguards may be necessary to ensure the right outcome, they should always be carried out with love and the best intentions for everyone involved—not from fear or doubt. Offer light and space to others, and trust Spirit to handle the rest.
