Long time no talk

It's been a minute! I've honestly been too busy to function, but here we are.
But I have news.
Photoshoots I’ve been sitting on this idea for a while, and I finally decided to stop overthinking it and just… start.

This year, I’m bringing my books to life visually.

Photoshoots, short videos, behind-the-scenes moments, maybe a skit here and there (and yes, probably bloopers, because that’s just how it goes). Writing will always be my foundation, but I’ve never really been a “just one thing” kind of creative. I love visuals. I love design. I love atmosphere. I love embodying a story instead of only talking about it after the fact. So I’m letting all of those parts of me exist in the same space now.

January is Trapped.

And honestly, starting with Trapped feels kind of perfect. I wrote it a long time ago, and I forgot how much it still matters to me. Revisiting it now hits differently. The themes feel heavier. The stakes feel sharper. That whole “freedom vs safety” thing is… yeah. Still very much a thing.

That being said, even when I write bleak worlds, I can’t help myself—I always want there to be hope. Always a light to aim for. So if the vibe gets unsettling (because it will sometimes), it’ll still have a sparkle of hope in it.

Anyway, I’m really excited about this. I’m excited to play again and use my costumes and wigs instead of letting them collect dust. I’m excited to show you these worlds in a way that isn’t just “here’s a cover, here’s a blurb.” And I’m excited you’re here for it :)

Thanks for all your support. Check out my Instagram to see the pictures! And I'll put some below in case you're curious ;)  Get the series here
