Time is almost up for my free book giveaway. I'm so excited to share 10 copies of Dandelion Wine with the winners of this month-long giveaway. I enter these giveaways myself, literally every time one is offered. Alas, I've not been a winner...yet! But my fingers stay crossed. I want to personally thank everyone who's entered the giveaway. It's humbling when anyone expresses interest in something I've created. I cannot imagine a day when that's not a natural emotion. If anyone who reads the book has any sort of question about the story, my motivation for writing it, or about your favorite characters, please do so. I'm happy to share some of my insights into writing this fictionalized version of an actual family story. A secret my mother kept for fifty years. So while it's a very personal story, I did pour a bit of gasoline on it, set it on fire, and send it out into the world for final judgment. Most importantly, my family still loves me... I think.
