TGIF!! Lets get right to sharing five random things about our week. Here’s mine:

It’s generally been a quiet week and I like it! We’re gearing up for more activity soon. Especially with Baby Boy Apodaca coming in a month or so.So I have a verdict on my paint by numbers experience. I soooo did not like it. Mostly because I bought one way too advanced. It had so many tiny TINY spaces that I’d get a headache trying to work on it. I gave it a week of trying, but it was a bust for me. However, I bought three new things to try: Diamond Painting, which I like, Acrylic painting, that I also liked, and then this particular paint by numbers that I didn’t. I’d say over all, I did well and learned some new crafts. I will try a different paint by numbers again.We are thinking about empty planters outside. We need to start on two that we can by and plan flowers in ourselves, and call in a landscaper type to help with the third much bigger planter that we needed more fill dirt for. It’s getting to be spring planting time of year! I also want to work on my little deck that BLB built, and fill in my herbs. I thing the overnight frost weather is done here in So Cal…maybe?Over the weekend when I was at Youngest’s house, I asked his wife if there’s anything she’d like me to make for her (desserts or food). She’s had a lot going on and I wanted to help. Youngest was on the other side of the house and yelled out, “Enchiladas!”  Then he came in the room and we had a long discussion about bar-cookies. So today I’m making enchiladas and trying out dairy-free salted caramel chocolate oat cookies. Sigh…my daughter in law didn’t want this…how did we even get here? Oh well, I’ll make her some lemon flavored soon! Lemon is one of her favorites. No clue what’s happening this weekend except that Wizard has a race planned on Sunday. I’m sure something fun will come my way, or I’ll hunt it down.
