I wouldn't say I'm a big "Goal Oriented" person by nature. I'm more of a keep your expectations low, and see what happens kind of girl. So when I started my writing journey, I said to myself, "Self, why not try and write a book?" and then I did. Then I said to myself "Self, why not try publishing it? See what happens?" And I made it my goal to sell just ONE book, and have one reader like it, and that was my ultimate goal. And you all, my devoted readers, you knocked that one out of the park! So many of you read it, and so many of you liked/loved it, so the goal then was to write another, with the same goal in mind, but this time, just that those of you who liked book #1 would like book #2! Goal met and once again exceeding any and all expectations! You all, my readers and supporters are absolutely THE BEST, I hope you know that. And now, with all my previous goals met and surpassed, I have a new goal, I want to make/have a book that's pretty! Painted edges, or a foil infused cover, something that makes me WANT to put it on my bookshelf and admire it like a work of art! So, 2026's writing goal, create a book that's not just a good time to read, but make it pretty! I think it's doable? Yeah? Who's with me?
