Sometimes, life gets in the way. 
I haven't been writing as much as I'd like, but I'm pleased to say Under the Jungle Canopy is now into 5 figure for word count. That's not a lot in my world, but it's at least moving! Unfortunately, I have too many other things vying for my attention! Things like... 1. A middle grade urban fantasy that's chose-your-path style, 2. A possible novel about a paragon of a jungle city being kicked out, only to find the truth about his supposed ruler (inspired by the music of Tommee Profitt!). 3. Shared world stories (there are at least seven authors writing in one world...) that are due June 15th. 

PLUS THIS WEEKEND: If you are in the Greater Victoria Area (BC, Canada) there is Island FanCon happening June 5-7th at Langford Park. Tickets are online or at the door. You'll get access to vendors, celebrities, talks, demonstrations and so much more! I'll be hanging with Astra Crompton and she just put out her gorgeous book 2 "Battle of Heroes" so swing by to grab that one! Plus I have the new releases too. Since the second book of Sands of Nanterac is coming out this year, you'd better snag a copy of "To Walk into the Sands", which is book one.
