Wilde Hearts

How about a little sneak peek into Wilde Hearts? I shared the first line, so let me give you a bit more.

Please note this book does deal with the subject of suicide.

In my nineteen years on this Earth, I had never been to a funeral. Or a celebration of life. Grady Owens had been my best friend for as long as I could remember, and to know he’d been silently suffering about something and didn’t tell me, was enough to make me sick.
He’s gone.
Eighteen years old and so much life ahead of him, and he was gone. His brother, Colt—who was also my boyfriend of two years—was sitting next to me on the other swing. He’d hardly spoken at all the last five days. The moment he found out that Grady had taken his own life, he retreated into himself. He barely even talked to me, which hurt like hell. It felt like I had lost both Grady and Colt at the same time. The only difference was that Colt was alive, just lost within himself.

Nadja This little preview has already won me over. I feel like this story will be the most moving one in the series so far. I’m already looking forward to being captivated by the book.
