One Chapter Ends... Another Begins

When I wrote my last Goodreads update, *Scarlet Society: The Scarlet Curse* hadn't been released yet. It was still a dream waiting to find its readers.

Now... It's real.

After years of outlining, revising, rewriting, second-guessing, and pouring my heart into every chapter, my debut novel is finally out in the world. Seeing readers step into the Scarlet Society alongside Deirdre, Levi, and Dillon has been surreal in the best possible way.

As an indie author, publishing a first novel has been both exciting and incredibly humbling. I've learned that writing the book is only half the journey. Marketing, reaching readers, building a community, and simply getting your story seen can be just as challenging as writing it. Every review, every recommendation, every photo shared, and every message from a reader has meant more than I can ever express.

Since the launch, so much has happened.

I've had the opportunity to work with amazing reviewers and bookstagrammers, along with getting ready to send out PR packages, participating in indie author events, and watching this little story slowly find its place among readers who love dark fantasy romance as much as I do. Every milestone, whether it's a review, a new reader, or another copy finding a home on someone's bookshelf, reminds me why I started this journey.

But while Book One is now out in the world...

I've been hard at work on Book Two.

*Scarlet Society: The Morvaine Heir* has grown into something far bigger than I originally imagined. The story has expanded, the romance has deepened, and the world itself has become darker, richer, and far more dangerous. I'm spending a lot of time strengthening character relationships, expanding the mythology, answering questions left behind in *The Scarlet Curse*, and making sure every emotional moment lands exactly the way it should.

Without giving too much away...

The Shadow Realm holds more secrets than anyone realizes.

Old promises are beginning to unravel.

The gods are far from finished.

And the choices made in Book One are only the beginning.

The Scarlet Society trilogy has always been about more than choosing between two love interests. At its heart, it's a story about identity, sacrifice, legacy, and whether destiny is something we inherit... or something we fight to change.

There are still so many secrets waiting to be uncovered.

Thank you to every single reader who has taken a chance on my debut novel. Whether you've left a review, recommended it to a friend, shared a post online, or simply added it to your TBR, you've helped make this dream possible.

I can't wait to share what's coming next.

The Society is still watching.

And the best is yet to come.
