If this was a comic book this blog would be my first issue, first print. I have never blogged before and am not sure if a blog gets responses or not or if it is just me telling all to anyone who stumbles on to it. Regardless I said I would try my best and I will in fact try my best.

Currently I have written three books;

Chronicles of the Fourth Planet
Book One: Penal Colony Earth
Book Two : Games of war
Book Three: Home Commings

I published using KDP through Amazon.com which I am so glad I went through them.
I had so many small issues and from fixing my mistakes one at a time I found out how to edit and republish over and over and now consider myself so well educated about the process that I now can confidently say that I have enough knowledge to form a decent question.

I love learning, I read daily, basically any time I am in my bathroom. (Why not, your just sitting there), Maybe TMI

The books I have written are written specifically for middle school boys, I have never been a girl so I don't know how the books would be received by a middle school girl but I am dying to find out. I wrote these books for the kid that I used to be, and inside I still am that same kid, I think there are a lot of adults that would like my books for the same reason.

I liked when I read a book that went away with a little more real knowledge that I could maybe be able to use, like in lord of the flies learning that piggy's glasses could be used to make fire.

In my first book, "Penal Colony Earth" I had my main character go through a survival class. If a boy from New York City got lost in the woods I believe that with what was taught in my book that boy would do much better than just survive in the woods. The stories are not about step by step survival, the steps are just part of the story.

The second book, "Games of War", is about leadership, and understanding different types of leaders and how a person may not be great as one type but may be very good in a different leadership roll.

The third book, "Home Commings", is about recognizing that family is all around us all the time, we form relationships with class mates, co workers, and many other groups, a lack of bio family doesn't mean you are alone.

I love the way the books turned out but I am now learning what I don't know about marketing, I hope one day to be able to form a decent question about it but I am a long ways from that now. plus I have been too busy to do much with it yet, I am running an experiment, I will tell you more about it next time.

For now thanks for the visit, I will try to post once a week, I have to admit this is kind of therapeutic, like writing a secret diary for the whole world to read, right now I know it is safe, but who knows.
