Take Action

Whenever my food insecurities flare up, I plant a seed.

(This year, the garden is jam packed. – grins)

That seed is potential food. It could be future food. Knowing that food is coming calms me.

Whenever I worry about money, I write some more words.

Those words turn into stories. I can publish stories. If reading buddies like the premises behind these stories, they might buy them. That would increase our income.

I can relax a little bit, knowing I did something to combat the money worries.

I find taking action helps me deal with everything going on in my household and in the world.

This tactic might help you also!

(big hugs)

Jo-Anne I don't have food insecurities but I do worry about a lot of things. I worry about the world - what are we doing to it? I worry about money. Should I spend it on that or save it? Should I be sending my granddaughters little gifts every month, so they know I'm thinking about them? Anyway, you get the picture. I wish I knew what actions to take to be able to relax.
