My Planet
Long-time friend and artist Ron Miller ( https://www.black-cat-studios.com/ ) very kindly sent me a globe he'd made of my planet, which I'm pleased to share with you all:
You can see both North Continent and South Continent of Barrayar in this shot... Harder to see at this angle, but he also threw in north and south pole ice caps, very proper.
Given how little geographic detail I give readers to work with, pretty fine. Really, the planet's as tough a call to portray as any character, which, in a way, it is.

This was a one-off. It's... canon-adjacent, at least. I might, if I were pressed to it, monkey with the proportions a bit, but I have no motivation to do so.

My main thought, seeing this, is that it's odd none of the books has involved the politics or economic consequences of aquaculture or other sea-based tech. It's a very blue planet indeed.
An indication, of course, of the impact your world has had on ours.
