Good morning friends or kin and kinfolk,

I used the latter too, because that's the words I chose for my fantasy romance. I don't know much about gnomes or elves or goblins or wolverines or gargoyles, but I am learning fast. A fantasy world is a lot of work. Back in the eighties, my friend, John Lowey, and I played dungeons and dragons on a monochrome screen with text only and floppy disk. So, I typed, "I'm at the north end of the castle wall, armed with a long sword, a shield and my muscles." John replied (far as I can remember), "I'm ready to battle with my magic rope and shield and long sword." But there was no graphic! Just yellow text and a blinking cursor! It was the transition from actually playing in the yard with sticks for swords and the coming GUI with actual digital characters. Now, it's too real and I wrote my fantasy novel the same.

I'm editing today in David City, NE. It's a quiet town of 3000 with excessive drama. There's not enough data in this world to spell out or tell the tales this town generates from the wake the dead game at the cemetery to angry grandmas to church land holders who love fellowship if you're just like them to the politics! Ah!
