Pot Luck
Good morning everyone,
More pot luck or "Duck and Pork Dinners" In Nebraska; it's a Czech thing and how it got started, I don't know. They are delicious meals with potato dumplings, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, veggies, deserts (my favorite is pecan pie), and tea or coffee.
Lots of grandmas and grandpas join the meal and there's usually live Czech music. The band pieces always include brass and an accordion.
