I'M BACK
So, first I want to say how sorry I am for being so neglectful on my blog. For weeks now I have been humping it, trying to get book 2 of the Ties to The blood Moon series finished. But that's no excuse. I really didn't think anyone cared if I posted anything or not. Well, I recently learned just how wrong I was.
Over the past few weeks, fans have written to me asking what's going on with book 2. and would I please post something pertaining to its release on my blog. Okay, so here goes:
Book 2 is almost finished. I'm talking like, days from being done. I probably have less than 12,000 to write. of course, it still has to go to my wonderful editor, Kelly Coffey, so she can chew it to pieces a few times. UGH! I know, I know. It will become a much better read when she's done. I just hate the whole process of going over it a gazillion times.
Something else I'm sure EVERYBODY is sick to death of is hearing it called BOOK 2. Well, I'm happy to announce you won't be hearing it referred to by that name much longer. YAY!! I'll bet that's what you are all shouting right about now. Lol. After months of painful searching and thinking and dreaming, and with the help of some of my fans, BOOK 2 has a name and I will reveal the title next week right here on my blog ... so stay tuned for that.
Another wonderful piece of information I'd like to share is the fantastic Claudia McKinney of phatpuppyart.com has designed yet another awesome book cover for yours truly and I will be revealing that on my blog very soon, as well.
I truly am sorry book 2 has been so long in the making, but I hit a few bumps in the road of life. We all have them, they can't be helped. I will promise this, BOOK 3 will not take as long to write, but it will be a sad time when writing it because it will most likely be the end to this awesome story. NO WAIT! I won't say end. Isn't that what they say? Never say never!
So, stay tuned and as promised, next week will kick off the beginning of some great things. Oh, and one other thing. I am going to try my hardest to keep this blog updated on a weekly basis, if not every few days.
