Best story in At the Gates of Madness

I was contacted this week to submit At the Gates of Madness to a "best of 2012" collection, but the catch is, I can only pick one story in it for them to consider. If you have read the book, I would love to get some feedback as to what your favorite story is. You can either post it here or on my Facebook following the link below:

Dave Granger My vote is for The Creek, which is really one of the best ghost stories I have read in a while. After that I'd say Atheist in a Foxhole, Madcap, As Long As It Ends and The Great Nothing, in that order.

Good luck, hope it goes well for you.

Shaun Meeks So far The Creek seems to be in the lead. Between here, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, my friends and Tower, The Creek is mentioned the most as a top story. I will wait a few more days to see what other people think and then make my choice on which one to highlight.
Thanks.

Shaun Meeks Just as an update, I will be sending in The Creek and Atheist in the Foxhole from At the Gates of Madness for consideration in the "years best in horror" anthology, as well as The Soldier from A Feast of Frights from the Horror Zine.
