Well, it's been 11 days since RAISIN was published and I must say I couldn't be happier. I've always wanted a book with my name on it, and now I have one. The second book in this series, entitled REDEEMING KYLE, will be coming soon. I don't want to give any exact date, because to be honest with you, I'm not sure when I'm going to finish it. I just started it not too long ago, so it could be several months to a year before I finish it. Hey, it's a lot better than the wait between those HARRY POTTER books, which was usually about two to three years.

Also, I plan on starting a website very soon. I'll keep you guys updated on that. I won't say here what the URL is going to be, because if I do chances are when I go to buy it it'll be occupied by a cyber-squatter. I hate cyber-squatters with a passion. They pay, like, twenty dollars or something for a domain name they think someone else might want, then charge the person who comes after it thousands of dollars. God only knows how much JK Rowling had to pay for her website, JKRowling.com. I can almost guarantee when she went to start that website, a squatter had that domain name. Ditto for HarryPotter.com.

Well anyway, I'm going to keep you posted on the new book, and I'll even post excerpts here. In the meantime, I plan to publish a short story within the next couple of months that I think will go over very well. It's not gay fiction, it's more horror/adventure. It's my original spin on vampires, and I don't mean the sparkly, I-Love-You-So-Much kind. Ugh, gag me with a spoon. No, MY vampire story will be unlike anything you've ever seen before. I think you're gonna like it.
