A lot of people say that August holds the “dog days of summer,” supposedly referring to the heat. August holds my “dog days” for several other reasons. When I was in college August meant I was kept super busy by getting ready and then moving back to college. Now that school is over you’d think August would be a little more relaxing, right? Unfortunately that isn’t the case.
