Grace Grows in the UK

Yesterday I received a package from London, and in it was this:

Adorable! This is the advance reader edition; Grace Grows comes out in the UK next spring.

My daughter held this book and gazed at it a long time. It’s slightly more compact than US trade paperbacks, and she said it felt somehow perfect, in her hands. She suspected its dimensions might adhere to the Golden Ratio.  Which she then explained to me, again.  Because math + me = not so much.

Another cool thing: on the back cover it says, “A delightful love story–as sweet and moreish as apple pie–about learning to love and learning to let go.”

Moreish!  I Googled it:

World English Dictionary

moreish or morish  (ˈmɔːrɪʃ)

—  adj

informal   causing a desire for more: these cakes are very moreish

A new word. Grace would love this.

Shelle Sumners I know! And I don't know if you can see them, but there are little musical notes floating around in the air. :)
