CreateSpace Publishing and/or Clinton W. Getzinger Announces the Release of a Historical Fiction Novel Titled, Forbidden Romance.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Norfolk, Virginia – CreateSpace Publishing and Clinton W. Getzinger are proud to offer the debut work from Clinton W. Getzinger, Forbidden Romance, hitting the Amazon and Barnes and Noble’s virtual bookshelves on July 31, 2012.

Forbidden Romance is a compelling tale, focused on actual historical events that took place in his own family. It is up to you to discern what parts of the novel are factual, as opposed to the events that are just a figment of the author’s imagination. The author leaves that for you to conclude.

Book Description

Mollie Williams, the youngest daughter of a widowed rural Appalachian Mountain woman, has a secret, forbidden and abusive love relationship that she cannot reveal to anyone no matter how high the cost. Not even to her mother! Her oldest sister is the only one who suspects what is going on but refuses to betray her or confront her.

In order to escape her troubled life in 1870s Virginia, Mollie travels to Kansas to begin a new life and cannot tell anyone why she must leave home. What kind of new struggle awaits her in the west? How will she survive without her lost love?

Reviews and Critiques:

“FORBIDDEN ROMANCE was a joy to read downloaded from Kindle onto my Laptop. I was always surprised at the turns that popped up in this book and very impressed with them and how they fit like a glove with what happened previously in the lives of the characters though they were so different from what occurred previously. Hopefully, FORBIDDEN ROMANCE II is on the horizon.”

“I bought this book about a week ago. I was truly amazed by the author’s talent to produce such a riveting piece for a first time novelist. I was hooked on "Forbidden Romance" from the first few pages and as I kept reading, it became very difficult to put the book down. The characters you can relate to very easily, the setting and atmosphere of the novel were very descriptive, to the point that you could picture what was happening in your mind as you are reading. One moment you are smiling and the next, in tears. It's a heart pumping, perch on the edge of your seat kind of book and I love it! I can't wait to read more of Mr. Getzinger's upcoming novels. I will definitely be recommending this book to all my family and friends!”
