My Work with Hollow Earth Expedition
I’ve been known to do a little bit of freelancing on the side. So, when I was approached by Sechin Tower to work on a Shanghai Adventure for Hollow Earth Expedition, how could I pass it up. It just so happens that I was the developer of World of Darkness: Shanghai, a fan book written for the oWoD waaaaaay back in the day, so I actually had quite a bit of working knowledge of the city itself and the history behind it which could be exploited to make an awesome adventure.
It’s been a while since I wrote the adventure itself, but it has finally been released. It’s called Five Talons of the Jade Dragon and went a lot of hands before it got to me. It appeared to be a cursed adventure, having a couple writers drop (not die, but stop working on it), but I’m always one to attempt to defy the odds. I took it on with gumption and a great attitude and a couple of rewrites later, we had a great adventure. Then there was restructuring and moving and new jobs and delays and art and a laundry list of things that kept it from the public for awhile, but I’m happy to announce that it is out and available for purchase and if anyone wants to check it out (either for the fun content or to see my freelancing skills at work).
Until next time.
