Ok, so this is my first blog here on Goodreads. First off I have to say what a great site this is, it has so much value to both the reader and the author, so it is a joy and a privilege to be here.

The last couple of months have been really busy for me after the publication of "Be Still". I guess that is a bit of a paradox but in the midst of all the work and business it is still possible to find the stillness within.

I've been active in promoting the book at talks and various Mind, Body, Spirit shows, setting up a Facebook page for the book at

The response has been excellent and I've received some wonderful feedback from readers, so much so that work on the follow-up book is now under way.
