I like Twitter at times, but I'll ignore for months, too. I like Tumblr better. I think, (not being a people person either) there's a distance on Tumblr, the emphasis on message and less on personality maybe?

I should be brave and give it a go, shouldn't I?I guess it takes time in all social media outlets before you get over the feeling you're talking to yourself :P
Twitter is funny. People say the darndest things and it gets re-tweeted... ends up on facebook, or began on facebook. Seems all of these media sites are connected, so maybe some mileage in it just for visibility? As for being more "out", *meh* gotta stick with what you are comfortable discussing publicly. Some people have extreme opinions and/or are extremely adamant in expressing their opinion and God save any who hold a differing one. On your blog. *eeee*
I'd be a bit hesitant to open myself up to that if I were a published author.
p.s. Not sure if anyone else is still having this problem, but I can't seem to post comments on "blogger" blogs any more. *Heh* only reason I don't post on yours Casey, 'cuz I do follow it!
;P
I did have a spate of that a while ago, and I can't remember how I got around it. I'll check I haven't disabled comments on my blog. I've also done that before now, lol
The blog seems to be accepting comments. I was able to post one, so I can't offer any more help than that I'm afraid.
