Vallidin Updates

Over the past few days I've been running around the internet world, promoting Vallidin's release. I've contacted over 100 different people, browsed through over 1000 different profiles, proverbially thumbed through hundreds of blogs, and even met a few super awesome people along the way. During this process, I've learned two very important things.

1). Vallidin has potential! It is not easy to find an audience when you are not already well-known, but from the people I have contacted, and who have read bits of my story, they love it! One guy told me he loved the map. Another told me my writing style was superb. Another suggested that I keep pressing for a larger audience. So, please, if you haven't already, go at least read the FREE sample of Vallidin here (all you have to do is click the cover image!), and leave a review.

2). Getting Amazon reviews is awesome. Check out the most recent, 4-star review I got. And he only read the first three chapters!

And this wasn't even from my parents or my friends. This was a real reader. That makes me dance. As a matter of fact, I just stood from my desk and did a twist of happiness. So keep them coming!

Tomorrow, I will post about an interesting question I received: "Tell me what sets your book apart from the thousands of Tolkienesque novels out there?"

Later this week I want to delve into the process of creating the cover for Vallidin, as well as the map. It was a fantastic journey that I'd love to take you on!

 So stay tuned for more!
