I've written A Lot these past few weeks, and it feels amazing! I'm really determined on getting TLN published this year. I've finally gotten past the funeral, and this book is really blooming. I love expressing my characters' feelings, and just writing it in general. I have a feeling this year will be amazing. I sent in my short horror story, The Darkened Hour, for an anthology contest. I'm really excited about that but also a little nervous. Last year when I got Save Me publsihed in Apocalypse with a lot of other great authors I got so excited everytime it was mentioned. It was an amazing feeling and I hope to be able to feel that again soon, when I hopefully get my book published.
After I finish TLN I plan on starting research for my series; I really need to start over for that one. I personally think the first book is boring and doesn't make sense at all so I've decided to rewrite it, but in order to get all of my facts straight I need to do some research on magic.
I had to put Meagan's story on hold so I could get my single novel written and send the message out. I was inspired to write it in hopes of making people see how one decision can really affect and hurt everyone else. I hope this story will shine the light on suicide and bullying and how it affects not only one person, but everyone. I hope that people who reads this and is struggling will see how their actions will only hurt others, and to inspire them to live and get help. There's always another way.
