November is National Novel Writing month. Thousands of writers sign up and attempt 50K words in thirty days. I have a few friends doing this with me, some published some not. It's nice to have others plugging along with me. According to the blessed word count tracker, I will finish my novel some time mid-December. Way to let me down early :)  I will continue to plug away although life and kids pull at my time.
This month has been a journey of growth. My writing skills have improved and so has my stamina. I grew new, thicker skin. I learned the phrase "you were not my target audience anyway." It's what I say when someone doesn't like my work, and it helps.
