When I decided to go down this road a year + ago, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

I knew I would write my book, have it edited, get a kickass cover and then the stars would align–everything would just… happen.

*side bar* [Unexpected seems the wrong word to use, but I'm not sure I have a better word, and I'm too lazy to open thesaurus.com at the moment, so unexpected it is. ] The amount of work that it took to produce, publish and promote a book was UNEXPECTED.

Not only that, I have to do it AGAIN! Multiple times, apparently.

At the end of the day, though, I’ve really gotten a sense of accomplishment with this whole process. I have achieved something. Earned something. So even if I don’t make it onto a “best-seller” list,

I will still know when I lay my head on my pillow tonight (and dream of throbbing members), that my #604 place on the Amazon sellers list, is okay.

So, what is next?

That’s a good question.

But I’m excited to get back on the spinning wheel and find out!
