I see waffle as a national – no, global – food. People, young and old, crave for a piece first thing on a lazy Sunday morning. And it has endless possibilities for mixing and matching flavors to best suit each person’s individual food preferences. It’s an outstanding food item. I’m so glad to have found a waffle place on a random time and space.

At a small restaurant bar in Bielefeld, Germany, they serve delicious hot waffles that are famous around the area. Served with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and ice cream, this was an excellent afternoon treat.

Yes, I really mean afternoon. They serve breakfast all day long!
